Our service employs multifactor authentication to keep your confidential information safe, and it conforms with the latest regulatory guidelines.  If you are logging in with your username and password for the first time or on a device we don't recognize, then we will send a one-time passcode via voice call or text message to a phone that you have pre-registered with us in advance.

 

Enhanced Login Security allows you to register your computer, tablet, or mobile device too.  This technology will identify you as the true "owner" of your accounts by recognizing not only your username and password but your computer or other devices as well.  For example, if we don't recognize your computer because you've logged in from a public computer or one you haven't used before, we will send a one-time passcode via voice call or text message as an additional line of defense to prevent unauthorized access.  When prompted, simply enter the one-time passcode to complete the log-in process
